Product information "verinice Support-Budget"
In order to provide quick and easy support to customers around the world, SerNet offers a support budget through this shop. A support budget includes 20 hours of service. The smallest time unit for a support request is a quarter of an hour.
What is support offered for?
In addition to product support for verinice, we also handle all related inquiries in the areas of databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle), identity management (Active Directory, LDAP, etc.), and virtualization (VMWare, HyperV, Proxmox) on Windows, Linux, and MacOS platforms.
How can I submit support requests?
After purchasing the support budget in this shop, you will receive an automated email with your project number within one hour. Please send support requests by email, quoting your project number. Please include your phone number and how we can best reach you. In urgent cases, you can also call us directly. All work is carried out remotely by email or telephone. Support requests can be made by email at any time. SerNet's active support hours are Monday to Friday on German working days from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. German time.

How do I get a timesheet statement?
Your support budget is valid for the selected duration.
If you have submitted a request in a given month, you will automatically receive a timesheet of your budget at the beginning of the following month, i.e., a detailed list of your requests and the time spent. Once your support budget has been fully used up you will receive a final statement.
Unused hours of the budget expire automatically and without replacement or refund. All work is billed on a time and material basis. Fixed-price services under a contract for work and services are not covered by this contract.
