Support for verinice


SerNet offers true 24/7 support with optional service level agreements.

Our services include:

  • Support for problems with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of verinice,
  • Consulting for knowledge transfer and in-depth training, and
  • Development for creating new software functions or identifying and fixing errors.

The easiest way to get support is to purchase a verinice support budget. You will receive a confirmation from SerNet within an hour that your contract has been completed and can contact the SerNet support team directly by email or by phone during business hours. In addition we offer special packages for installation support  and ongoing update support.

If you would like to conclude a support contract through your purchasing and/or legal department, please contact the SerNet sales team directly by email at sales@verinice.com. We will process your request by the next business day at the latest and will usually respond directly with a draft contract.
