Product information "verinice Update-Support"
SerNet provides update-support for the ongoing operation of verinice.onprem up to 4 times a year.
We support with updates to a verinice.onprem installation when new verinice software versions are released or important security patches for verinice.onprem become available. Update support can be provided either remote or on-site.
In consultation with the customer, we are also happy to assist with installing updates for the underlying Linux operating system that are available but not yet installed before the scheduled update, provided that the “Virtual Appliance” configuration alternative of verinice.onprem was purchased.
You can also book update support directly for multiple years, for example, with the same term as your verinice bundle.
Initial installation and ongoing technical support are not included in the update support and can be purchased separately through this shop.
The specific update schedule will be determined after purchase in direct consultation with our verinice support team.
The price of the on-site installation includes a flat-rate travel fee.
